Click the "report" button right in the bottom right of the avatar box on your post. Then enter in what you need changed

You can either Report your post (OP of the thread whose name you want changed) and say what you want it changed to in the report box - preferred method - or you can PM a mod with a link to your thread and what new title you'd like.

I believe sponsors have the ability to change their own thread titles without having to ask a mod to do it. You don't need a rank to have your title changed, you just need a rank to change it yourself - it's just simpler that way.
