Lifting Goal. Help me put a schedule together.

For all you lifters post you schedule and give me any tips. I will be starting lifting again since basketball is ending and I am getting ready for football. I want to work on upper body for now and will begin running in the summer.

 

Schedule Format:

Monday - 

Tuesday- 

Wednesday-

Thursday-

Friday- 

Saturday -

Sunday -

just try to masturbate twice a day one with left one with right get some arm strength for QB, WR Line or RB worked for me

:D his monday-thursday can be fun. Hardly a program specific for you, but I really appreciate dat upper chest focus on chest day.

I would say that you should do legs on wednesday and work your upper body on monday/friday. Working out every day of the week can get pretty hard(time wise). Be sure to have plenty of protein before + after you work out.
