I will be starting lifting again since basketball is ending and I am getting ready for football. I want to work on upper body for now and will begin running in the summer. Ricky Posted February 19, 2014 Share Posted February 19, 2014 Ask @Jay Cutler I would say that you should do legs on wednesday and work your upper body on monday/friday.
