I will be starting lifting again since basketball is ending and I am getting ready for football. I want to work on upper body for now and will begin running in the summer. Schedule Format: Monday - Tuesday- Wednesday- Thursday- Friday- Saturday - Sunday -

Ricky Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 Ask @Jay Cutler I would say that you should do legs on wednesday and work your upper body on monday/friday. Working out every day of the week can get pretty hard(time wise). Be sure to have plenty of protein before + after you work out. 1
