There is always a chance of being banned

Pretty much any bot that does not involve gold farming (such as merch bots) is kind of safe atm. Don't do yews or sharks n stuff like that aswell and you should be just fine. Just take into consideration that there is a chance of getting banned no matter what script you use and no matter for how long. It's not a miracle to get banned anymore, but not common either.

Fletching is relatively safe to do. Have done it for a few hours a day now on different accounts. Otherwise I do not have any experience. Although botting obvious things like flax or making bow string. Cooking food at rogues den. Chopping a lot of yew/magic logs. All those and others as well get detected more easily.

Note this however, it doesn't matter how many hours a day you bot getting caught is always a risk. If you don't want to get banned, don't bot. Simple rule to follow. If you are accepting the risk to get banned and make sure you can live with it it's not a problem.
