OSBot Player Moderator List

 

 

I've heard about "Mod detection" and I think it would be a really cool feature to be built into OSBot. There are currently over 1,500 Playermods but I feel that with enough support from the OSBot community we can come up with a really accurate list of player moderators.

 

As for the botting side of things, the bot would detect when a player moderator is near by and either log out or swap worlds.

 

Let me know what you guys think of this and if you guys support this I will edit this text into a database so people can post player moderator names that can form the official pmod list.

No, it would be an option in the "Advanced" tab of the option menu so you could toggle whether you have "Mod Detection" set to on or off and it would only log the account out is the account was within a certain radius of the player moderator.

Such list does not exist, if you can find one then link it

This is too ambitious of a project, especially when they can change their names. You currently have only 9% of the pmods listed (provided they never change their names), leaving you with a 91% chance. Even if you had all 1,500 names, to scan for 1,500 names would seem a bit taxing on computer resources (suppose you could have an option for it). 

 

I just couldn't imagine as a scripter, having to type in all these names. That's almost the same thing as Brute Forcing; yeah you'll hack the system, but it can take up to 4 years to crack a 7 char password with no capitals, special chars, or numbers.

 

Fair point, I still think it will be a valuable resource for this community. If it was not to be added as a default option, scripters may like to use it on there scripts as an additional feature. I'm happy to manage the list as it continues to grow.

You think they don't change names, especially when you posted them on PUBLIC forums?
