In my opinion I think your born that way, obviously as a baby your not gonna know who your attracted too , your brain process isn't even working yet at that age but as you grow up you get to know some people and you get attracted to them , its all in your own taste just like music , some people lisen to what thier friends listen too but me personally ill listen to anything that sounds good just like if I where to be gay I don't have any controll over it i just like what i like idk if that makes sense

I don't really think you can be born as a bi. It has to do with your personal feelings, and hormones could play a role as well.

So yes, you could say that it's a transition, and different factors play a role in it, such as the enviorment your in (your personal experiences, friends, etc..), your mindset and your feelings etc.

I truly believe that a lot of people are or can be bi, but it all depends on the above said factors.

For example, a girl that has a trauma for boys because she was raped when she was young, won't feel comfortable around any boy, but she will probably feel fine with girls. Only this one experience in her life could cause her to turn into a lesbian or bi (bi if she gets help and face her trauma, of course, something that will probably happen on a later stage).

I agree with what you say. I think a human wants to experience different things and see what it's like. So it's like about trying to see why the norm is norm and not the other way around maybe.

I don't know anyone who was been gay from the getgo line. They usually have grown into it.

Your ignorance... it is making everyone a little less intelligent on this thread. If you've never taking the time to research the subject and extract fact from fiction, why claim another person is wrong. Brains are nothing but a complex wiring diagram, things go wrong. Your a boy, you know this, you feel this, you have testosterone fueling this belief. What if that person has the mental wiring of a female due to genetic mutations. Also, do you think people would CHOOSE to be ridiculed by much of society and shunned by (seeing as many people are in christian families) your parents even? I FULLY believe sexuality is something determined at the time of conception. Are you able to control how fast you can comprehend words? or read text? or react to things? these are all processes of your un-tamable mind, and i believe, so is sexuality.

 

 

ALSO: If being gay was a 50/50 shot in genetics, we wouldnt have even became the species we are. Thats like saying DOWN SYNDROME MUST BE A CHOICE CUZ THERE WOULD BE ALOT MORE PPL WITH DOWNS IF THEY WERE BORN DOWNS OR NOT.no.... its called genetic mutations, they can do some crazy shit like make you INVINCIBLE to AIDS, give you 4 legs, 2 dicks, a dick and a vagina, one eye, and anything you can think. After you process that, tell me you think being gay is absolutely a choice still.
