I think this is the right area for this post I payed for vip a few days ago like it auto came out for this month but I don't haveit :( iI can screen shot my PayPal and show I payed but will take time since I'm on my phone will have to find a comp to use so be patient plz inform me what I need to include further to get this resolved thank you

Have you checked your OSBot credit to see if it has the money there and didn't auto renew?
