Explanation: I bought an account from @Dat weed, and @Bug MMed for us, after about a week the account was locked and later recovered back by someone.

Proof the account got locked:

 

He said that if it got recovered that he would give me a refund.

Since he has agreed to refunding you on the contingency that the account was recovered, he has 24 hours to do so or else he will be banned.

You will need to receive a refund equal to the amount you've paid. He has 24 hours from this post to get the refund handled.
