Cant renew VIP?

I go to store>VIP>add to cart>Click here to view or renew your existing purchase.> then this page is brought up http://gyazo.com/8ca8ae6b182becd553a94ae0c4ae6525 and someone else took a screenshot of their page and it shows a "renew now " button http://gyazo.com/6275833d2e2ab53488ddc4de86ea7a09 . also when I look in my invoices VIP does not appear.. There is no way for me to renew my VIP

i think it's because it's not considered an existing purchase. just add the VIP to your cart and buy it like the first time you did.

You have 9.99 account credit, it is because your vip already expired and didn't auto renew. Do you want me to take the current 9.99 and give you vip?
