So I tried to login to the RS website. It gives me a picture of a guy looking at a piece of paper with the message

Login Failed Your Account is Locked Your Account is Locked Your Account is Locked Your Account is Locked

(yep, it says your account is locked 4 times)

 

Now what I'm wondering is, is my account really locked, or is it just the maintenance shit? That's still goin on right?

I'd say its from the maintenance, just based upon the second picture tho.  If your getting this message once on oldschool your account probably is actually locked.

EDIT: just logged into the game, not locked.

EDIT2: The guy that did a bunch of questing for me got me muted though

EDIT3: I got a 2 day mute, but I can still talk. Good fucking job Jagex.

Yeah. You can type but only you can see it (and maybe mods).

If that's in 07. I don't think you can type in EoC, only use the quick chat feature, but not sure.

Jagex is coming out with an update so this is probably related to that.

Lol. You'll have to PM then from another account or wait until your mute expires.

I remember I got muted and my friends were messaging me and I was typing and they didn't see it, so they thought I was botting. xD I had to go on another account to say I'm muted.
