A while ago you would get a bot busting moderate for botting on 07 if it was your first offence.

 

Now is it even if you haven't committed any offences you automatically get a permanent ban if caught.

 

Btw this isn't gold farming only for combat.

yep. first ban i've ever recieved in my 50+ account lifetimes... was perm ban, but not goldfarming oddly enough, as it was a druid killer lol

It is all situational but most likely you will receive a permanent ban for your first offense these days. ^_^

Yep, it just started going back to how it used to be. Sad because getting that "warning" ban was just a slap on the wrists and a good sign that you should get your last squeeze out of an account before dumping it.
