This could be an error, yet you could of gotten reported for botting for more than one time.

I think they just caught you twice, but only banned you yesterday during the ban wave.

It's a bit of a bug I think have had it happen months ago so it's not really new either.

i had the same thing lol its just jagex way of saying "we just took a shit on your account"

They probably flagged your IP and banned any accounts linked to it.

It's not suspicious.
