getCollisionFlags()

Featured Replies

A method to get an array of all the positions in the loaded region that have a collision flag (can't walk on it).

I think your understanding of what the collision flags are is a bit wrong. Anyways, the collision flags are accessible for you, look in the API.

Oh right. Thanks for the quick reply. I always thought collision flags are just to indicate which tiles are inaccessible. Could you briefly explain what they are please?

edit: Also, I've looked in the API and can't find any way of accessing collision flags. Could you give me an idea as to where I'd find it? Thanks again.

Collision flags are bit sets where single or combinations of bits determine certain accessibility properties for walking but also partially for projectiles.

If you would be interested in learning how these works and how to extract the information you want, I'd suggest you start studying the documentation about it on private server communities such as Rune-Server.
