Explanation:

We made a deal to swap 3m rs07 gp to rs3 gp with a ratio of 1:8.5

when i gave him the runescape gp he said that it wasn't him what obv was a lie since he gave me a name later that wasn't logged in nor he was at the location

it isn't possible a random guy trades me put in random garbage and accepts a trade then logs out

By the pictures you've shown it is impossible to tell if you actually gave him the money, remember to always get confirmation from the other user and record every trade you participate in. Do you have anymore evidence to prove he has taken your gold and that was his actual account? The picture showing him offline doesn't prove anything considering you could've taken it while he was offline later etc.

 

In regards to the disputed member, can you log onto the account you've claimed is yours and type in Runescape your username here on OSBot?

You said he came up to you and traded you randomly since he knew your username, but it says you were sending a trade offer then accepting a trade on the picture before he sent you a request. I was asking what the first trade you where in pertained to, and which trade he took your gold.
