Client shuts itself down

Featured Replies

After running a script for about one hour, the client just kills itself and it's gone. I really have no idea why this is happening. I tried to re-download the client, but it is still happening.

any suggestions? Thanks!

Is it consistant? Like once every hour? Or just at random times, for example;- when it closes and you open it back up, does it do the same after an hour has passed?

Cpu leak. Try less clients.

Do you have the lastest OSBot version and the latest java version?

Also how many bot tabs/clients do you use and do you run any games or high cpu/memory consuming programs while using OSBot?

It is not consistant. Sometimes it happens after 30 minutes or 45 minutes. I don't really know what is going on.

I am using 2 clients with each 1 bot. I have a 2.6 GHz Dual core processor with 8GB workingspace. In my opinion, this is enough for 2 bots. I am running nothing besides these 2 bots on my computer.

I don't really think that is the problem. See the answer above.

Please post the exact cpu as 2.6ghz seems to me is the problem do both client close or just a single one?

2.6 ghz says to me it's a older generation cpu and it depends on the ammount of cores you have so please give me the exact cpu you can find it by typing in the start menu ''cpu'' and then click ''processor speed'' or something like that.

This can be a number of issues:

1) Your client can close due to a leak in your CPU/Memory thus causing your computer to overload and force close the client.

Known causes for this issue:

  •  #2
  •  #3
  •  #4
  •  Adverts (If you are a free user), yes these adverts indeed help with this issue.
  •  Having other programs open can cause this event to occur, just make sure you are not over clocking your CPU/Memory.

2) Your connection is having difficulties connecting to the server in which you leave your PC, you log out and you continuously attempt to connect to the OSBot servers which causes a massive increase to your CPU/Memory which then increases the chance of #1 happening.

3) Your connection is having difficulties stabilizing and continues to disconnect/connect to the server, in which you go online/offline constantly. This effect causes a massive increase to your CPU/Memory which then increases the chance of #1 happening.

4) The server itself is having trouble stabilising and is either under a DDoS attack in which you cannot connect to the server and the above happens.

Hopefully this helps.
