Explanation: OK so heres the deal, I had the account for a few days and had a lot of wealth on it, 2 days after buying the account, I lost access, due to a password change, now, for the password to be changed my email would have had to of been compromised, but i ONLY use my email on my phone, to avoid it getting hacked, as i use it for business also, therefore i couldn't  have been key-logged, now, without my email, noone but the guy who sold it to me could have taken it, I contacted it was hacked, and also offered 60$ to buy the account if he recovered it, but now i do not want it, because i know he will just recover it again, He has threatened to report me also because i no longer want the account from him, which is stupid. He DID "recover" it (he probably had it all along and waited to tell me he got it so it would be realistic) so either way, he did recover it. but I dont care about that much anymore, I just want this guy banned so he cannot scam anyone else.
 

Evidence: Honestly I dont know what evidence to use for a recovered account. 

I just looked through all chat logs of this guy, and see none of him giving you his skype, nor giving you account details. Therefore you need to post screenies of your transaction.

I don't get what you're trying to dispute. You were desperate for me to recover you the account back after getting keylogged - you said you would give me $60 if I managed to recover it back. Now you're not paying the $60 you promise.. then you said $15.. well fine. Yet you're demanding me to "let you on the account first". lol.

He shouldn't have offered you money, he doesn't owe you money, you need to recover the account for him.

He has already recovered it and will not give it to me if i do not pay him. I didnt get keylogged anyway, as ive explained before it is impossible for me to have gotten keylogged.

Where's the money you promised?

You have 24 hours to refund his account, he isn't paying you he already paid you for the account and it looks like you recovered it to get double money.

You are trying to sell him an account twice, your responsibility to recover the account as you sold it to him. Stop being money hungry and give him the account.

"money hungry" lol. I'm not giving back the account unless I get the $15 I got promised.

I suggest do not buy accounts as they are 99% recoverable.
