Invisible NPCs

Featured Replies

That's not the first time, that I see invisible NPCs but it stuck the bot hard. Before activing random event solver, just check if the model is loaded or whatever. Hovering invisible things, for hours ,are plans to get ban. Fix it as quickly as possible.

Infact we had another thread yesterday with a similar issue, an invisible NPC was 'Attacking' the player except he would only hit 0s forcing the bot to activate run from combat

this isnt an invisible npc., its just a null... quite simmilar but dw bot already handles it i belive

posted this image on my own thread a few months ago:

there was 5-6 of them wandering around, close to karamja fishing dock.

I seen those kind usually quest npc like said above they are just null

It is not null. null means it does NOT exist. It obviously does exist.

Let me sum it up for you.

They are invisible to a certain point, if you change your graphic settings, the invisible npc will then become visible.

Jagex does this to A. stop bots that mass click it, and B. people playing legit, can fix this issue esasily, its meant to stop bots not everyone.

Now 2.

There are also invisible ITEMS like the npcs, the invisible items will NOT display an id nor anything, yet the client assumes it's there cause why?

Computers don't have human eyes, the client will try to loot that invisible item, which is obviously impossible for a human to even know it's there, so therefor they know your a bot instantly.

Cheers :)

It's true biggrin.png Jagex uses invisible NPC's like mysterious man to get bots stuck in their randoms.
The npc does exist! It's just invisible... Also it's height is 1000 instead of a normal height for the npc.

About the "null" thats just the name of the npc to misslead bots wink.png
This is also used in portals, portal can exist as a NPC or a object... also can have different names(included null)

Nah dude, the height is the same. I think that the model is not loaded, so you see nothing on canvas and you can't interact with.

ive also recently noticed that i get randoms when im not botting just chilling? i thought you got randoms from getitng xp or from playing the game. i lost 800k when i went to lumby with home tele 2 min later i died?

This is part of the botwatch being implemented into oldschool.
Fear them, I suggest using scripts that you can do in random free areas.
Pc bank, pc boats, fight caves, etc.

Because the randoms were already broken, and now... we are screwed for those of us who care about bans :o

I've been encountering invisible npcs all over the place, everywhere i went, 1 or more would appear, if u switch worlds they wont be there, but they still come back if ur botting, not sure if it's only me o.o 1 example below
