Downloading as rar?

For some reason when I try downloading osbot it downloads it as a rar file. Why is this happening?

save as all files, then end it with osbot x.x.x.x .jar

 

If you have "WinRar" installed uninstall it and download again.... WinRar did this for me.

No need to uninstall. Make sure you have hide known file type extensions unticked, then rename the file from osbotxxx.rar to osbotxxx.jar

Some browsers save it as a rar but renaming fixes it.
