I bought Vip and ATBundle around 18 hours ago and it still needs to be approved.

Same thing happend with me, but i used an e-check by mistake. If this is the case, check your paypal and see if your payment is still pending and till when. All we can do is wait.

if you paid with an echeck it takes a while to clear. 3-5 days.
