Explanation: He comes in chat saying hes doing free questing service, and he posts the link to his service^ . I ask him if he can do Waterfall and Vampire Slayer quests. He agrees, I give him the info, he opens the bank, sees nothing is in there, logs, doesn't answer back to me or anything. One thing I'd like to say: dumbest scammer I've seen in my life. >.>
