Awaiting his reply, as I see it he needs to provide you with all information he has, if he doesn't that is his responsibility so his terms don't actually come into place until the information is given.

Yes I have control over the account.

He claims that JAG is set on his account, I am aware that JAG doesn't apply to 07 but why is it that he was able to buy a bond and put membership on the account? This doesn't make sense to me.

I find it really wierd that it took him over 12 hours to realize that there were apparently already JAG recovery questions. 12 hours is more than enough time for him to have set the recovery questions to his as he has no evidence that the account had JAG set when he received it from me.

My conditions even state that: "- After the account is sold I will not be responsible for anything that is to happen to the account" It is pretty clear that the account was deemed "sold" after I gave him the account details and he changed the email to his own.

 

Think about it from the other side, if I was going first to him I would have given him the info that I provided and then he would have stated that he was able to change the email to his, at this stage he would have paid me the 21.5m then 12 hours later he would have messaged me saying that he couldn't get access to JAG etc, but at this stage it would have been too late as I had already "sold" him the account.

 

I'm sure I have made it clear to you that the account should have been deemed "sold" before he began to request for me to refund.

 

I would have been happy to work out the email issue with him if he had asked me before I completely sold him the account and he changed the email to his own..

 

Where did he buy a bond before letting you know it had jag?

Seems you already had a bond which confirms that jag wasn't enabled until under your control. You still have the account, what exactly are reporting?

I transferred money from my previous 07 account onto this new one that he sold me to buy membership for it because it didn't come with membership. I don't really see the point of what you're arguing. What does me buying a bond have to do with anything? Obviously I wanted to play on the account, I'm not gonna just not put membership on it. What I want is the main hotmail.co.uk email which is used everytime I login to the account. He gave me the hotmail.com email. He claims that I set the JAG and that there is no hotmail.co.uk email when there clearly is. Why else would I use the hotmail.co.uk email to login to the website and the game?

This makes no sense, you would have been happy to work it out before you sold me the account? What is their to work out, it is an email which you even claimed NOT to have. You told me that you would give me ALL of the information to the email accounts. And now you claim you have it? And you were the one that changed the email to mine.

 

 

 

 

The point of you buying a bond is that you can't login the account with the jag, and bonds aren't on 07, only eoc, so in order to redeem a bond you would have needed to log in.

Closing this due to you clearly making up every excuse you can, but buying a bond and claiming you can't log in, but youyou did to apply the bond just proves you were lying.
