How could I be trying to get more money?

Obviously if Thule said he didn't receive money, Falixus wouldn't give me the gold.

It was a mistake, as I said earlier, Falixus pmd me right after saying that his connection was dropping.

I didn't think getting a pm was a big deal, since it was obvious that this was the real Falixus...

Show where falixus pm'd you show the whole picture not a cropped picture.  So you lie about receiving a pm, lie about sending money, now claiming he opened a separate chat instead of talking in the middleman chat to tell you his connection was dropping.

2. Why would you not tell the user that you have been waiting for him? It was 5-6 hours inbetween posts on skype and you didn't say one word.

 

3. Why did elysian claim to receive a pm from you but never did.

 

4. Why did you mm when mods are clearly not allowed to participate in the market without my permission?

 

5. Why would you not send anyone a pm letting them know of the situation at hand and get advice?

I don't care the situation he is under at another site, i know that you said sent, and received a pm by falixus which you lied about. You were trying to get falixus the other 25m maybe 50m in the beginning. You were a bit skeptical, then you should have ended the deal.

Yes I was trying to get him to hold the full 50m, because that is proper middle man protocol, you let the middle man hold ALL the money; I have been on a numerous amount of botting sites and this is how it has always been performed.

You have failed to provide the screen shot I asked for where falixus told you he was getting hit offline.

Towards the end I realized the trade had gone rather smoothly, and this was before Thu Le signed off for more than 24 hours. Since the trade had gone smoothly up to this point, I also realized I would get in trouble for doing this service for them. I wasn't "covering" anything up as he had the skype logs with my name.

He said "brb" and he simply left. He didn't return for a quite a bit, so I decided to get off. I returned after a while only to find my actually wifi not working, so I played around with my router turning it off and on, but it didn't work. (I was being booted.) I left to watch some TV and returned shortly after. Still no new messages.  After that I went to church at 7 pm, after returning after 8 pm, I noticed no new IMs in the chat that the conversation took place, so I hung around and then went on to do my normal activities. Thu Le did not give me confirmation that he received his money up to this point, so I obviously held onto it. I went to bed an hour after that to wake up being bombarded by messages that I scammed. I went to school for the next 7 hours and returned trying to contact you to resolve this. I have been trying to make contact with you and Thu Le for the past 6 hours after returning from school and have just given you Thu Le's payment.

I reckon he wanted me to PM the both of them, but he got my Skype from my profile. I went to PM both but Elys said he confirmed it's me on his end, so I didn't bother to PM him and proceeded to PM Thu.

I understand this rule and I realize this is the biggest mistake on OSBot I made; I truly am sorry for this. You weren't online at the time to ask, and I thought I could do it quickly since they wanted the trade done. But the end result is that no one got scammed, and Thu Le is now in possession of his money.

I didn't think a scam report would be made against me. I assured Thu that his money was safe with me and I would be holding it unless he gave me the go that he received the payment.

If you don't believe me, look at my mod logs, my posts, and my overall benefit to the website. 1. The trade hadn't went smoothly, no one was paid, and you were the only one with the money, so that doesn't explain why you actually deleted the messages. 

 

 

2. Not typing to him for 6+ hours saying "hey did you get the money" I don't understand why you wouldn't even ask especially since Elysian clearly said he sent it when he didn't. The guy failed to mention that in the 6 hours, after asking elysian for the tracking numbers and the guy not saying one word to him.

You're pretty much siding with the scammer, Thule, who originally wanted to scam in the first place.
