Also I want to add in, Proof that I never got the money because I would need the track number inorder to pick up the money, so In all the skype convo I only got name and email no track number.

Hold tight; this is serious and we're getting each and every staff member to review it. From the looks of it, needs to refund the 25M or be banned.

alright thanks

This was a huge misunderstanding, we originally agreed on a higher amount but changed his mind at the last minute.

He wanted to do two trades of 25m , so I just agreed with it, then said he just wanted 25m.

Falixus on skype, told me he was getting ddosed and had problems connecting to his internet, and he said he would refund the user as soon as his connection returned to normal.

Because of this, I did not send the payment, as I thought the deal fell through.

I know it says in the skype screenie that I said I sent the payment, however I really didn't, it was right before I was going to send it that I sent that message.

From what I know I think Falixus is still in the process of refunding the user.

I IM'd both of you guys on Skype, @mald/thu, want to resolve this misunderstanding. :)

I'd also like to be removed from the TWC group as there really isn't a reason for my to have it.

You clearly said you received a pm from falixus, which you didn't, you then said you sent the payment when you didn't. What are you actually saying, You clearly lied numerous times throughout and were trying to get more money.

Post your defense here, you aren't above the rules.

I think there is, you lied about receiving a pm from the middleman and lied about sending the money.

How could I be trying to get more money?

Obviously if Thule said he didn't receive money, Falixus wouldn't give me the gold.

It was a mistake, as I said earlier, Falixus pmd me right after saying that his connection was dropping.

I didn't think getting a pm was a big deal, since it was obvious that this was the real Falixus...
