I just bought 70-99 range in chins for 11m, says enough about chin price. The sales number speaks for itself, and limited hunting spots? This script won't change much, honestly the company would make much more money lowering the price.

There are plenty of other viable hunting methods.

Orange sallys

Red sallys

Swamp Lizards (some people like em)

Falconry (fast exp)

Butterflys

And imps

 

There will be bots made for those. Guarantee some will be free. 

I agree prices are too high/much.

Even 20$ one time fee would be loads better.

This post speaks for itself. You have loads of people saying it would be better if the price was lower and many of them would buy it too.

The way xerion priced it was a mistake and I'm sure other developers will learn. I understand its supply and demand but the pricing conditions of that bot is ridiculous.

$20 One time payment. The admins are going to have to listen to the community eventually as i thought they valued our opinions but from the amount of threads people have released regarding the prices it seems they are pretty adamant.

7 sales in 5 days OMFG WOW THATS SO MUCH Can't see them going for the monthly fee afterwards.

$10-15 i'd say easily that'd turn to 40-50 sales in 5 days.

 

But this is Xerions script, let it make the tiny amount it will. Plenty of other scripters out there which i'm sure are close to and haven't released their own hunting script. And when they do it'll most likely be for a lower price so they can make revenue and then the AutoHunter will become obsolete and Xerion will look back and go "o..i made a mistake"

 

You can see RS07 is already dying anyway, gold prices falling and such. You might aswell lower the price to $10, increase your own profit and then let the game die as it is. If jagex don't add anything then the game isn't going to survive, especially if the additional fee comes into place.

You can do math, gratz.

But what the majority of us are saying is that we aren't willing to pay $20 then $10 a month. Mean i think the majoirty of us would happily take the $10 a month though as that works out better for just having for a month.

Monthly isn't the only way money can keep getting generated.. If people feel the script is still worth buying in a few months time when 07 is dead then they'll pay $10.

Regarding total revenue, put it this way, 7 people have bought it over 5 days, thats $140.

In those 5 days if it was $10 i could guarantee you that would have shot waaaay over $350+ easily.

The script is in demand and Xerion controls the price being the only Hunter script we know, his reason for keeping the price high that i know is not to overcrowd the hunting spots thus making chins crap money but any gp is good gp as a bot is doing it all, unless you goldfarm professionally with over 20+ bots then theres a reason to keep the price high.

While we have a voice in deciding the price, it is ultimately the script writer that sets the price. Xerion didn't want a lot of users so the hunter spots wouldn't be flooded with bots. We're all smart enough to know basic economics. We know that if the price gets dropped, we'd make more money. Everyone seems to assume that we want more and more money. But our goal isn't necessarily to make the most money, we're not greedy when it comes to that. If we wanted to, we'd try even harder to drop the price, because that'd make us more money. Obviously we're not greedy since we're letting the price of it stay high and thus, losing out on profit so that the hunter spots don't get flooded.

The point is restricting the number of bots at the hunter spots, and thus, keeping it viable for legits. Of course, everyone is free to make their own hunter bot and have it compete with the premium one.

Hey pookie if you're going to try and bitch us out and say we have no idea about anything at least know the difference between your and you're. On another note we DO understand but you're clearly wrong when its had little sales and everyone would be buying it if it was cheaper. You're also not understanding the fact that if it's monthly no one is going to keep paying for it. He clearly states that 99 hunter can be done in 2 weeks, easily 1 month so why even have the 1 month reccurring fee? Most people would get 99 with it then wait for a free hunter script (Which we all know will come out) and bot chins and make bank with their already 99 hunter. Also to your little math you did. Not 100 people will buy it with the 1 month reccurring. Barely anyone will. To top that off I think all scripts should be a flat price of $10-$20 just like RSBuddy and other bots use to and are. They get so many sales because cheap scripts=more people coming to the community from their friends saying dude check this bot out it has cheap scripts and they're flawless! This then creates more sales which creates more money and EVERYONE is happy.

OSBot has near 8,000 members and increasing.

Therefore the MINIMUM they could make from 1 script would be $80,000

So actually they can afford to charge $10 if they really wanted to but thats basing it on the fact everyone will buy the script.

Say they would make about $5,000 selling the script for $10 and considering even more scripts are going to become premium $80,000 is soon to become a realistic goal if prices are lowered you could say.

 

Please learn to spell, would help your failed arguments alot, your math is pretty dumb aswell. Also you aren't allowed to mention other websites to do with botting here.

We won't get REAL active members with script prices being outrageously high. If the scripts are a 1 time fee more people will buy it and he will have the money to pay bills. YOU'RE not seeing the point. I understand what you're saying and I've looked at that. But clearly he would make more money have the script be $10-$20 one time fee as everyone would buy it and people who buy it would tell their friends and they would buy it. You're the only one who agrees with the price even the mods would like the price lowered so they can make money but they don't care enough to ask him endless times.
