computer is alot slower with certain tasks and I keep getting getting black squares temporarily appearing on screen as shown below

Probably got a broken monitor, try hooking it up to a different computer or laptop an see if it keeps happening if so then its the monitor as for the slower computer try checking for a virus or something an you could always go back to factory defaults.

Bro, I wouldn't keep using it at this point. Test out your monitor, if it isn't the monitor take it out.

Fuck, I have inbuilt graphics and another card in there it's a laptop it's still under warranty, can i send it to the manufacture and be like graphics card is fucked fix it lol?
