Hi,

I can't log into the client, but I can log into the forum. There are a few messages in the console, but I don't know what they mean.

Happens to me sometimes, I simple restart the client and relog.

Have you tried that? Also what version are you running? Make sure your OSBot is updated

Everything is updated including my Java. I also have tried to restart my OSBot many times.

It doesn't seem to be server side as I've been using the bot for a very long time and had no issues.

Were you able to login on your OSBot account?

Try logging into the client with a capital letter at the start of your username or deleting your OSbot folder and re-downloading the client.

Try restarting your computer

I've tried all of the stuff you guys told me to do. It still doesn't work.

Mind posting screenshots of the result?

It doesn't say anything. When I click "Login" nothing happens.

I'm also on a Mac.

Your Mac's Operating System is not being compatible with the updated Java versions needed to run OSBot.

Amazingly, Apple themselves have written specific Java software to suit your iMac OS! Use the link below and download the correct applet for your OS.

View the list of downloads yourself:

http://support.apple.com/downloads/#Java

If you're running on an OS x Snow Leopard 10.6.8, then you should install the following:

Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 16

If you're running on the newer OS x versions (2013), then you should install the following:

Java for OS X 2013-004

If you're running on a 10.4 OS x version, then you should install the following:

Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 9

Install the right one and re start the client.

If you are still receiving these Errors/Bugs, feel free to PM me or another staff member.
