I need a pc build that can place runescape without lagging like shit, i get like 12-50fps while botting and it sucks. Is it my pc(hp dv6z-7000 latop) or my internet (5mb on a good day)? i can play cod and battlefield with no lag so i would assume it's my pc, if so can anyone give me a good build for pretty cheap, or recommend a pre-built or a laptop that would be good?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2HCR7 - This is a pretty good build for just botting on, I would recommend bumping that 8 gigs of ram to 16 gigs if you plan to run a lot. An as for the dvd drive, you don't really need that unless you buy windows but if you get it off a torrent then don't get it. This would also be good if you just want to play the game too but you could probably get away with lowering some stuff like the ram and such.
