Explanation: i was trying to buy in totall of 4 bonds (1 by1) i asked him if he sells he reply as a clearly yes, he trys to kill time because he bassicly has no bonds on stock wich made me wait 1 hour and 30min on a Ammount of 0 Bonds,

now i been talking with raflesia about what to do,so thats the reason i came here, to show he has fucked up his rep by this and now after i placed neg feedback on his profile hes saying that my feedback is invalid but i clearly see no reason why ...

He confirmed at skype... anyways, I got TWC because of a really stupid reason... I asked Fear One if he wants a refund even before this dispute is opened but he didn't want and thats not my fault at all.
