Explanation: User tells me he will sell me 20m for $50 and i agree to pay. I send money and user tells me that he did not recieve the money. Sent him another dollar and he shows that it was in his paypal. After talking to the user, he refused to give the gold, so i contacted paypal. PayPal told me that "Austin Walker(Ausbear)" had recieved the money and sent it to another user. The section of the call shows this.

This was part of the PayPal Customer Support. If needed i can post the whole call.

I've notfied the user of the dispute and he has been instructed to post his defence here within 48 hours.

 

Do you have any OSBot/Skype logs of you two talking?

 

Also could you post his skype profile to confirm it's him.

this trade is no good he did not get a confirmation pm saying me selling 20m  i didnt not sell gold to him       that is not my skype i do not use that skype anymore for trades that is a old one i would like to get this squashed please . i feel bad for the user but i cant be held responsible since there was no confirmation i was selling him anything

Lol, so you think because you didn't "confirm" anything on the forums, that you using the skype confirmed by looking at the ips logged into the skype that it was only YOUR ip. Do you really think you won't be held responsible. You clearly scammed, now trying to use a loophole to get around it. You have 24 hours to refund the user or you will be banned.

It is him, I confirmed by IP

After attempting to contact the user again, he refuses to give proof of his paypal history.
