Explanation: I bought an account from BannedUser, for 28m  07 GP as well as giving him my main account on Saturday, Dec. 28th. Cinnamon mm'd the trade so he can vouch that this actually happened. He gave me the e-mail address, answers to recoveries, etc.. etc.. Everything went smoothly it seemed like.

 

Just a quick shot of me, BannedUser (Usher on Skype) and Cinnamon as the MM just to verify i guess. Cinnamon can vouch this transaction happened.

A few weeks went by, everything is fine, and then my account gets locked. There's two plausible options as to why it was locked. 1.) too many IP's logging in, because i had hired a few questers to quest for me... or 2.) BannedUser tried pulling a fast one.

 

Option #1 would make sense... sure. But if that's the case, why won't my registered email work? I'm almost certain it's #2 and here's why: He claims the account only had ever been registered to one e-mail, which was given to me as part of the account transaction. I then changed it to my own e-mail of choice. Thus, there should only be 2 emails ever recorded for this account. As part of Jagex's 'recover a locked account' process, the very first thing it asks for is the registered e-mail address. I go to type in MY email... incorrect. Okay... let's try the OTHER e-mail that BannedUser used... incorrect. Hmmm... interesting that BOTH e-mails aren't working. There has to be a third email address that this guy has held from my knowledge throughout the buying process. It's the only logical reasoning. And i don't think there's any arguing that.    
 

Evidence: I think that explanation ^above^ is pretty self explanatory. I'll gladly put up any requested skype convos... But I think i'll wait for this guy to post on here, before I upload any sort of skype convos. They won't prove much, I tried staying friendly and downplaying the situation on skype, just in case. This isn't a case of money refunds or anything, I've paid him in full, and i'm fine with that. I'm just looking to get this account back, and if he won't cooperate, at least get him banned from the site to prevent him from doing this to others. 

 

The guy's been friendly and pretty cool for the most part. It's sort of a bummer that i'm accusing him of this... But I really have no other choice. There's another e-mail that I don't know about. And to unlock this account... I need it.

 

Just as a side note to get a feel for the sketch... haha: 

When i received the account, i was given recovery questions, which i wrote down on a sticky note. Well I moved back to college for a new semester, and forgot that sticky note at my house. Just the other day, after my account was locked, i asked BannedUser to PM me on OSBot all the recovery questions again and he agreed. That was Thursday, Jan 16. It is now Sunday, Jan 19, and I still haven't received those recovery questions. I thought i'd share that, because I deem that untrustworthy. Sketchy is you ask meeeeee.

I've contacted the user and instructed him to post his here within 48 hours.

 

Could you please post a screenshot of his skype profile and any other skype conversations you had with him regarding this dispute.

 

so, this is totally false. i never tried to scam or reclaim the account. the email which i give you, was the email which i registered the account with, I made the account myself. about the recovery questions, i though i already gave 'em to you, your never available to talk through skype, I still would like to give you the recoveries.

Currently working with BannedUser on skype to get this resolved. Will post the outcome when or if it happens. Things are looking positive to getting this resolved though.  

Change of plans. I am requesting that BannedUser refunds me the 28m I paid for the account. After poking and prying for half an hour, I finally got him to tell me another email that could help me unlock the account. If i continue to use this account, I fear this same thing will happen again. So i'm going to just take my refund and walk away. There is an additional 7m on the account, that I request also goes to my possession. 'Faudo' on OSBot can vouch there was 7m on the account, as he was questing for me at the time all this mess happened. The account will be in possession of BannedUser after I get my refund, so if all goes according to plan, it will be like this transaction from about a month ago never happened. I also gave him my main account... which he can keep lol. I just want my 35m back.  

I was questing for John, I was to complete desert treasure, waterfall quest, regicide and roving elves.

Post skype logs of him attempting to help you, because above he stated he registered with that email, why would he need to give you another one.

ENTIRE SKYPE LOG. Of him at first telling me there's only ever been one email associated with the account, and then magically finding out there's another one thats the CURRENT email to the account. (even though it's supposed to be my email registered)

^^^ Entire skype log of the conversation from the past 24 hours i've talked with him. (except 3 messages where he gives me recovery answers) He clearly at first tries telling me there's only ever been one email, and by the end of it, the email thats been registered to the account is ANOTHER one of his. (even though it's supposed to be mine because i was the one in ownership of the account) He is being sketchy, and if i continue to play on that account, this same thing is going to happen. This is why i am requesting my cash refund of 28m. He can keep the account i gave to him, i don't need it. But i want my refund, as well as 7m that was on my account at the time it was locked. Faudo has already posted on here proof of that 7m. I think me wanting a refund is completely justifiable considering he is and has been sketchy. 

 

 

Account is now unlocked and the password is changed. I can't even get into my own account. I purchased this for 28m, and it's in complete possession of BannedUser. Awesome. Notice how the login email is timo.fudala@gmail.com and in my skype log, the email registered to it ended up being fudalatimo@gmail.com even though he claimed it had only one ever email used.
