Which is the best woodcutting script that is currently available? Please post honest opinions, which ones you have used, and an explanation.

It only works in seers. 

Once you get to a higher level, check out link's scripts. his scripts got me from 45-95

I don't know about moneymaking, but for experience you're not going to get anything better than SXTeakChopper.

Link's Gnome Chopper. It chops Yews or Magic trees or both. Flawless, 30k xp/hr and 90k gp/hr. I myself have ran it for 20 hours.

I prefer LInk's yew chopper script because its flawless and good for 60-90wc then magics

my oak chopper will cut oaks all day long at seers village for you, same exp as willows to ;)
