Explanation: He owes me 2.5m for using my account, he deleted me off my skype after first day, never pays me my 500k, I logged in the account after a day because I was busy and its banned.

Moderators please be advised that Stan has left out a couple of details. We had spoken later that day that I wasnt able to obtain 500k a day with a level 3 fresh account. I would have continued but I needed more time in which stan said no to more time to come up with the 500k. I then decided to leave him with 100k i made that day and just hang up the account. I didnt change any passwords or attempted to take the account because that is theft and i know how it feels to be robbed of something. I explained to stan i have no idea why the account was banned? I played it extremely safe and on top of all that if it was banned immediate then i believe he set me up with a dead account. After all of this stan urged me to pay 2.5M or Ill get banned from this dispute. I explained I wont be able to come up with this and he flipped out. He used offensive language and I felt disrespected. I understand his point of view but I feel this dispute was rigged. If the only way to solve this dispute is banning me I will be upset but if that solves the case then I will respectfully accept. 

Oh according to the picture it says that account way banned on the 12th for gold farming. I started using the account the 9th and ended that day. I didnt sign on after that at all. So once again I feel Stan was banned for goldfarming on his behalf. I left him with 100k legit and I dont understand how that is gold farming. 

Could you show full chat logs that he isn't showing so I can make a ruling on if you will need to pay back, yeah you agreed to pay back, but if you stopped using the account 3 days before that you aren't responsible for the ban.

i posted full chat box, and were is the proof that you have stopped using it at the 9th? you never gave me any notice or anything.

I dont mean to sound rude but What will be the verdict of this dispute? I haven't seen my evidence posted yet and If Im going to get banned I dont want to wait a week to hear it.

What don't you understand stan? We are at trial and we must wait for a verdict based on the evidence. Does the commonwealth of stan provide sufficient evidence that Walter white owes money. Your honor I have presented my case.

Jordon, in the thread (thats linked) he stated he would pay 5m for an account over time, on skype he told me he would want to buy off the account for 10m, he wanted to goldfarm on it since his accounts were banned, I letted him borrow it until he would pay of the 10m that he said he would, I would charge him 500k a day because you can make around 1m at yews daily. I posted my full skype conversation.

Bullshit MAN. No one see my evidence claiming that I stopped using the account two days earlier and in faaact he got it banned himself? You know what doesnt even matter to me. Im not paying him anything. I purchasedVIP to become closer to this community not to be slaughtered by people who dont respect or acknowlegde me. Unfair trial man. 

Here is what happened. You agreed on 500k a day and 2M if the account gets banned (was no limit) and you owe him 10m overall. Nobody ever accepted a "I'm done with the account deal". You then proceeded to pay 100k for that day and 3 days later the account was banned. Lets face it, it's quite difficult to have a secure account once someone gives it away (he gave it to you) so you are basically it's owner, especially because you didn't pay him the 500k. I cannot say who got the ban, but the account should have been under your possession, and regardless of your responsibility for the ban, you still owe him the full 500k. I added the 2m because that's what you agreed on if the account got banned.

 

Now, you said you weren't  paying him anything, and that means you wouldn't refund the 500k you'd have to pay regardless of the timeframe in which the account got banned.

 

You've been banned and if you wish to come back you may refund the 500k and post an appeal
