Hola.

I'm trying to purchase VIP with Paypal.  I have enough balance, but it won't let me make a purchase without adding a credit card.

I have a $700 sending limit, so perhaps I could just send $9.99 to an admin and they could give me a month of VIP?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

The reason they require you to have a debit card attached to send is so you can't charge back. Might want to just buy a few mill from someone then find someone selling VIP for Gp. As we have a gift voucher system here. I doubt they will accept money without a debit card, never know might want to pm Kati instead of posting here.
