Also another question, did anybody gave up drinking?

if you did did you feel specific more progress or doesn't it matter if you drink like once every 2 weeks just a couple beers?

Yes, but not like most people. I don't do select "days" for what areas I want to work on, I go in and do a full body workout every single time.

I've also been getting into a lot of crossfit style workouts lately.

The only issue with this is that you CAN over work your body, which is why people have a schedule.

I would rather trash my back and bis on Tuesday to the point of no feeling so that I can do legs and abs the next day.

What is the point of working out if every day you do the same thing... which is everything? You aren't going to work out again the next day if your whole body is sore, so you have to lay low a bit in the gym.

Select days just give an excuse to work on 1-3 things extensively instead of just doing some of it.

Exactly.

Lol thats the point though! I do chest/tris on Mondays. I generally do about 20 sets of chest total. Usually I do 15 sets of bench and 5 sets of flies. That is a fair amount of chest. After, I do whatever I need to do to get my tris burning hard and do a lot of it. A lot of the times I resort to skullcrushers... 10 sets of those most of the times. All of this will take me 45-60 minutes.

I generally have Monday-Thursday reserved for the specifics and top off the week on Friday with an hour long all-body so they can cool down over the weekend.

If you do a 90 minute all-body work out, it is hard for me to believe you will get any fast gains in any specific areas since you do not emphasize on specific muscle groups.

I do handstands / handstand pushups for about 3 minutes each time, about 10times a day. They work almost every upper body muscle.
If anyone try's to tell me it's for girls well, stfu.

I have some vids haha; YouTube/RSRatio

It depends how hard you work yourself. The human body, especially in teenagers who are still growing, can rebuild itself remarkably fast. I also prefer to do full body/cardio things rather then concentrate on specific areas because of the stamina required. People who train specifics are missing out on that whole area of fitness.

I have mad respect for anyone that can do a lot of handstand pushups. I'm getting better but those and wall climbs kick my ass.

Does always handling construction equipment count?

Now that you mention cardio...

I do cardio Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with my unit. A lot of the PT we do is all crossfit. Lot of squats, pushups, any abs, etc...

So I suppose when I hit the gym I don't need to worry as much about things like cardio and getting everything else. Its all covered in unit PT!

But I completely understand. I used to do all-body workouts every time for about a half of year. I am not a teenager but I get it.
