I started working out about a half year ago.

I go around 4/5 times week and work out for about 90 mins per session.

Yes, but not like most people. I don't do select "days" for what areas I want to work on, I go in and do a full body workout every single time.

Jk but I've found my body responds better to full body workouts then taking it day by day, part by part.

I used to lift a lot when I was in high school. The baseball team required weekly weight training sessions before and after school and on top of that I had a weight training class. Now that I am in college I find it hard to get over to the gym. I keep telling myself that I really should go though.

I workout Monday - Wednesday - Friday

why? because i put a lot of effort into what i love doing? keep hating

Full body work out 4 times a week (monday,  wednesday, friday, saturday), then I go jogging on sundays and on thursdays I rest lol :D

I do like most people monday, wednesday and friday on each day I train a different section of my body.
