Client Closes Randomly?

Featured Replies

Is this problem happening to anyone else, anyone have a fix?

Thanks.

This can be a number of issues:

1) Your client can close due to a leak in your CPU/Memory thus causing your computer to overload and force close the client.

2) Your connection is having difficulties connecting to the server in which you leave your PC, get logged out and then after 5 minutes the client auto shuts down if you are not logged in.

3) Your connection is having difficulties stabilizing and continues to disconnect/connect to the server, in which you go online/offline constantly, after a certain period of these events, the client automatically closes.

4) The server itself is having trouble stabilising and is either under a DDoS attack in which you cannot connect to the server and the above happens.

Hopefully this helps.

None of these, this is a recent problem.

its probably #1, the client doesn't close for no reason, if it did more then 10 users would be complaining.

Never had this problem before though, must be the new client version. Going to monitor the memory, thanks.

Yup, the new client definitely takes up more CPU/Memory.

Less for me. o.O

:o way more for me

Having this problem too. Someone made thread about it 3 days ago.

I had the same problem. I thought it was because my client wasn't updated but that was the wrong assumption.

im also having this problem, i just bought a new  top end computer, so i doubt it could be the ram/cpu leak for me, it only seems to last for about 30-1h i think im gonna screen record it to see what happens.

I have this issue too, happens to me now and then even when I am just walking around. OSBOT takes up quite abit of CPU and I think this might be the issue. Apparently OSBOT 2 uses a lot less CPU, we will just have to wait unless someone finds a fix :(

So I've done some research from the last 10 days of report of peoples clients crashing, this is the table I got:

FREE MEMBERS        VIP           SPONSOR
6                    1
1                    4
5                    1

From what i've concluded... this issue seems to be happening majority of the time to free members. From that conduct, I have also seem approx 4 comments from VIP members saying once they gained VIP, they have stopped having these crashing problems, which gets me thinking, what do VIP/Sponsors have that normal members don't?

Only thing that ticked my mind was adverts. Elaborate?

That's the only idea that I can go with. It's random. Sometimes it's 10 minutes, but I also ran a script for 39hrs with no problems what so ever. It could be anything in all honesty.
