Getting this error a lot when I try to access the forums

When did you experience this, as the forums has been down quit a lot frequently due to DDoS attacks? However at the moment, you should be experiencing no difficulties.

This is an issue with your own internet connection, it frequently times out in small intervals which breaks the connection to .org in which it fails to connect you to the forums. Either that or it's something with your firewall/antivirus (Highly doubt seeming as you can get on half the time).

Another fix may be to clear your browser cache, that usually does the trick.
