I've just started to train parkour and it's cool though i don't dedicate alot of time to it.

Do you guys do any conditioning ? If so where and how ;)

Sorry. New York City. If you come over and visit New York then maybe tongue.png. My friends have been going at it for awhile. I only started. I hope you enjoyed that video even though imo were still pretty bad.

Also, pushups and crunches :). Work those abs all day.

Good luck can tell you just started you will get the hang of it. You are going to slow, but you should start like that or you could really hurt yourself.

I actually fell pretty bad today. :p . I know I should start slow but I was jumping a fence and yea..
