Yes, updating your JDK should fix this error.

You can find the download here: Java SE - Downloads | Oracle Technology Network | Oracle (If you're using Windows make sure to download the correct version 86/64, you can check by going to your windows panel, and right clicking Computer then clicking Properties.)

It does this for me sometimes. It's maybe just your internet connection or you have lag. Try cleaning your registry errors with CCleaner or restart your computer. It helps me some times.
