Stats are 87 attack, 84 Strength, 80 Defence, 84 Hitpoints with 1 prayer.

Accounts get locked when there's a dispute as to the owner of the account.

I.E. People are fighting over ownership - Like someone you lent it to is attempting to gain possession of the account. 

 

Which is why I'm only offering this to people trusted on here - Not that I can't unlock the account anyways. I created the account, have JAG guardian, Recovery questions, All old passwords, Membership from my credit card. Simple to recover, I just don't want to go through the bullshit.
