My PC got infected by a RAT, I had to reinstall and format my PC.

You're still responsible and must refund the full amount.

I don't know, all I know is you must refund in 24 hours or you will be banned, unless you refund while you're banned, and make an appeal, the ban will be permanent.

You're always responsible for your account, no matter what. Especially since you're running gold services your PC should be protected by anti malware software such as avast or malwarebytes at all times.
