I'm trying to pay with PayPal, but it doesn't let me. I have money.

I got it working by buying gift voucher. The PayPal paying site of VIP is different than the normal, for example, gift voucher's. The VIP's PayPal order website doesn't work, the gift voucher's work. They are different.

Yeah it gave me an error too. 

If you want to renew your VIP you can just go to Username -> Client area -> Purchases -> Click on the VIP and then checkout with PayPal, it should work
