Just warning you with pin, your going to end up getting screwed over. When i used to middleman, I would get access to the account that was receiving the pin. For instance. 

 

 

A is selling the pin to B, B is attaching the pin to his main, You need B's account name and password, so once A gives you the pin you can attach it yourself, so B doesn't claim  the pin didn't work, as you won't be able to prove it, and you will get accused of using the pin yourself and you will end up getting banned.

 

 

 

 

Also with USD you won't want them to send it to your paypal, because if they charge back your account will go negative, and you already sent the USD to someone else. You will either have to pay for it yourself out of your pocket, or you will charge back from the  guy you sent it to, ending in a ban on your account.
