Do you've the latest version of Java?

You have the recommended Java installed (Version 7 Update 45).

Yup !!

Try restarting the client.

When I try to play through the official website I get this:

Error_game_crash - A problem has occurred while running the game.

This game has encountered a problem and cannot continue running.

We strive for our games to work on as many computers as possible and to be free of bugs.

If you are able to reproduce this problem (i.e. it always occurs when you do a certain thing), then please submit a bug report via our website, and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

If problems persist, please refer to the Technical FAQs, which can be found in the Customer Support section of our website.

Delete your Osbot client folder  and redownload latest version. You also need the lastest version of Java, and the newest Java JDK. You can also delete any Runescape cache files in your User profile. For example:random_11cd836d.dat

Also, to everyone who has this problem. Restart your computer too!

RS servers have been playing up in the past day, it could be this.

  1. Wait for the RS servers to stop playing up.
  2. Redownload the client & delete the cache of the OSbot client which is located in; %userprofile% on your computers settings.
  3. Reload your PC and try to see if the client will then load.
