I'm level 40 ranged, what are some of the best weapons to use/things to train on to get range up quickly?

Cannon and iron knives at rock crabs, but theres no bots that support cannons.

IT depends on your gp. Which one you prefer the cheap way or the expensive way. Of course the cheap way is much more slower.
