I bot atleast 6 - 8 hours a day with breaks. Choose small worlds as well, as you can be caught botting if you're next to lots of people. 

best chance without ban is running 5-8 hours max a day keep it to a minimum and change it up a bit.

Also keep in mind what you Bot. If you are looking to pick flax for 5-6 hours even with breaks thats a high chance of being caught because of what you are botting. if you are looking for auto fighters, or smithing, or fletching. my suggestion is like ever hour or so stop the bot and talk to someone or PM a friend. if it seems like you are doing regular activities, its so much easier to appeal if you do get caught as well you have less of a chance to be caught.  I personally like to swear at all my randoms, it allows me to curse the stupid randoms as well its very human like.

I botted like 6 hours a day and got banned, I would suggest 2-4 hours a day with breaks.

I tend to do 8-10 hours a day, 7 days a week, combat around 5 hours, random skills, 5 hours, with different things in between, like buying/selling stuff or a quest, and I always talk to my friend in CC

I do 4-6 hours with breaks and haven't got a ban since I decided to yolo and did an entire week of 10 hr+ daily

24/7 Why would you bot any less?

u can do 12h if u do breaks

I find breaks useless... 24/7 is the way. Unless your botting something very commonly used... For example like WC... Just be careful that's all.
