I'll start with 14 dollars paypal. How did you get the bans quashed? Cause more than likely if this accounts botted in the future its first ban would be permed instantly I'm pretty sure.

 

I just email Jagex and told them the Jmods were unfair) and they quashed them. I think you would still get the 2 day, then perm just like any other account.
