Honestly, legit f2p money making takes long amounts of time and I assume that you don't want any part of that. The best way to make money is f2p is by already having some money, and it's scamming. If you don't already have some money, start small and work your way up, because it's the best method of making money in f2p.

If you are relying on a bot then I would place my vote on the wine of zamorak that was previously mentioned. 

Bot 07 gp then use that to get a bond.

Best f2p money is zammy wines for sure. Once you get that bond, I'd get membership and gold farm as a member which will make money easier.
