It depends, but usually two - four per hour.

 

Edit: I'm pretty sure low combat players (such as skillers) get a whole lot more randoms than level 70's for example.

 

I would agree with this, I'm currently a pretty low level, (under level 30) and I get way too many randoms.

I've noticed that I get a random event every 7-20 minutes. Is this normal for most of you, or do you think Jamflex is getting suspicious of me?

 

I get a metric fuckton (About 4 an hour) while skilling.

Depends on how much xp we gain per hour doesn't it? like usualy around 3-5 per hour here.

It really can depend on how many wheatbix you do

not the only one, about 5  an hour on average mining and i've been banned multiple times on this ip so it may be because you're flagged
